How We Work?
What You Can Expect On a Photo Shoot
We will start with a consultation to clarify what type of shoot and locations you have in mind. We then schedule your photo-shoot with the package that is the best fit for you. A 50% deposit will be required to secure your date*. The balance is due 24hrs before your scheduled shoot. (I accept credit cards, money orders or can invoice you via Paypal)
Photo sessions typically last 1-2 hours depending on the locations of the shoot. Family shoots may take a little longer to cater to little ones. We may do a few posed shots but I find that when I give a little space and let things unfold naturally, is when the most natural and loved photos are produced.
After the session, I will begin proofing your photos. I will take a few of my top pics and post them by the next day on my UpSwideDown Facebook Page. You get an almost immediate sneak peek! Within 1-2 weeks I will have all your proofs ready for you to sort through. You will have 2 weeks* to choose and email me the list of your favorite images that you want professionally edited. Your final photos will be completed and delivered within 2-3 weeks on a disc, along with a print release giving you the freedom to print your photos wherever you like.
BONUS: All raw photos taken, yes…the entire shoot….possibly 100’s of images, will be yours to keep!
2. Every package has a specific number of professional edits included in the price. Extra edits are $25.00 per photo.
3. The 50% deposit paid at booking is non-refundable. You may reschedule your shoot if you cancel more than 48 hrs before your scheduled slot. If you cancel with less than 48hrs notice, you will be charged a $25 fee at re-booking.
